Meanwhile, Mt. Nogosan is sitting nearby Mt. Bukhansan without crowded people. It's good for those who like tramping because there're not many rocks and it's not steep. It's fantastic to look around panoramic view of Mt. Bukhansan and Mt. Dobongsan on the summit.
There're several courses to hike and it takes around 2 hours to top.
It's great hiking course especially for those who have knee problem.
I like the course from Samsong subway station (Subway line 3). It's good hiking course and passes through Reserve Army Drill area.
Peak of Mt. Bukhansan is seen at the right hand side of above photo and Mt. Nogosan is in the center area of the photo with very steady slope.
How to get there
Take a bus (# 350 or 360) from Gupabal station (Orange line 3) to Samhari or another bus (# 34 or 704) to Heungkooksa temple.
